Koepka and Dantorp earn European Tour Cards For 2018

Chase Koepka (USA) and Jens Dantorp (SWE) have graduated from the European Challenge Tour after stellar seasons.

Chase Koepka (USA) and Jens Dantorp (SWE) have graduated from the European Challenge Tour after stellar seasons, which saw them finish in the top 15 on the final Road To Oman rankings.

In his first full season as a professional, Chase, from Jupiter FL, posted 5 top 5s, and 2 runner up finishes in the Italian Challenge and the Kazahstan Open, which he lost in a play off to Finland's Tapio Pulkkanen. This was enough to finish 9th on the money list and comfortably gain European Tour status for 2018.

Jens Dantorp produced a stunning finish to his season when he won the Ras Al Khaimah Challenge in a dramatic sudden death play off. Having started Saturday's final round 1 shot off the lead, he birdied the par 5 18th to finish in a tie, forcing a play off against Poland's Adrian Meronk.

The win catapulted Dantorp up the rankings, and with a top 5 finish at the NBO Grand Final, it was enough to secure his card.

Both Chase and Jens will start their European Tour season next week at the UBS Hong Kong Open.
