Andrea, 29 and from Rome, Italy, has been one of the most in-form players on the European Tour in the last month shooting a combine 43 Under par for his last 11 rounds on Tour. On Sunday, in the final round at Albatross Golf Club in Prague, he was paired with 3 time major winner and Ryder Cup hero, Padraig Harrington, and the pair battled it out, trading birdie after birdie with Harrington taking the lead through the first 15 holes. A big finish from Andrea on the back 9 holes saw him birdie 16 & 17 to take a two shot lead down the 18th hole. Both players would make pars on the last to give Andrea a 2 shot lead for his first ever European Tour trophy, which will sit alongside his 4 Challenge Tour Trophies.
